FOR THOSE WHO FEAR THEY WASTED THEIR YOUTH
First of all, get out of this bullshit idea that if you do not create the next Facebook, Tesla, become a millionaire through whatever means by age 30 that you are a failure. I’m tired of that hype, I’m tired of that ish.
Several of the most successful people who have ever lived Henry Ford and Napoleon Hill to name a few, never figured out themselves completely and found their path in life until a mature age. There are more examples than that, I assure you.
This world loves to put the young on a pedestal and eat them alive at the first sign of trouble. If someone is young and successful that is how THEIR life was supposed to be. It does not mean that everyone has to be like them.
People are made to be down on themselves and feel unworthy of success because they did not figure it out at the same age as a rich youth did.
I am sure you look at successful people who are the same age as you and wonder “How did they do it?” That is the worse mistake people make. Most people are too busy jocken’ or riding the next person’s ego, to focus on themselves and what they are good at.
Too many people are “people watching.” That’s what this world strives on, it’s what people are taught. Its not your fault, you don’t know any better.
How do you feel when you watch ESPN and you see an athlete just got a new contract for 100 million for 5 years? Think about it. How do you feel when you see some “dope” win the 500 million lottery? Examine that.
I guarantee that you do not feel good. You go to work, go buy groceries, pay your bills and go through life in a daze. Saying, “Why can’t I get millions of dollars?”
Well, maybe you can and in your own way and at the age that you are.
Get past that bullshit, because it will only hold you back and keep you “drifting,” which is a term often used in Napoleon Hill’s book “Outwitting the Devil.”
It is a good read or good listen if you choose to drive your car while listening to wisdom. It is also a free listen on YouTube. Take a listen to “The Science of Getting Rich” by Wallace T. Wattles also on YouTube.
Ghostface Killah of Wu-Tang Clan had a great line in one of his songs, “Do the knowledge, recognize your talent.”
Sit in a space by yourself and think about what you are good at doing, that other people have difficulty doing. What can you do that comes naturally to you?
If you want to take it deeper, have a numerology report done for you. Look me up for that. I can provide you with that, for a small fee. A numerology report can give you information about yourself that can reveal your talents and skills that you may not have been aware of. Numerology can reveal the hidden jewels that can get you out of your rut. Life path number, destiny number, soul number, personality number, maturity number and your birthday number can tell a whole story about YOU.
When you understand what you have and apply it, then you do not have time to be bothered with looking at someone else, your too busy enjoying life, enjoying you and putting in work.
You have options, get a job that fits your talents or create a business that fits your talents or do both. Either way, you would have to get up, get out, and get moving, to get something.
There are organizations in your city that can help you figure out how to start a business. SCORE is an organization that most cities have. SCORE offers a ton of information on their website and free counseling, tutorial videos and mentorship, based on the business area of your choosing.
Join a Meetup group to gather information on how to start a business, hone a skill or get job connections. Read books, yeah they still exist.
Find a person on YouTube, one person who is doing what you would like to do. However, be careful and selective. You are only looking for an easy to follow blueprint, then you want to do the activities in your own, personalized way.
Get people who are not supportive, motivating and who complain all the time, out of your life or spend as little time as possible with them and talking to them.
They sap your energy and distract you from what you need to do. If you are that person, then you better stop it, if you want to change your life.
Learn to like, love and enjoy being by yourself.
Its cool to have friends, hang out, watch tv occasionally. But, if you want to change you have to be comfortable with being alone and putting in work and study, alone.
If the people in your circle are not doing or attempting to do what you want to do, then do yourself a favor. Do not ask for their advice on what you are doing, to better yourself.
They don’t know and they may not have encouraging words for you because they may not want to see you do better than them. Get around people who are doing what you want to do or have already made it. That positive energy is necessary.
The possibilities are endless. Get up, get out, get moving, to get something.
I can talk ish and write at the same time. Go Figure.
