In order to achieve a strong spiritual base, you’re going to need four things.

My name is Jassiri Nassor, I am a writer, teacher, student and researcher of what it means to live a completely fulfilled life. My life is not perfect but, it sure is not what it used to be.

Spirituality, metaphysics and esoteric studies is the path that has provided the most understanding for me thus, I want to provide information for others who are finding their way towards being their best.

You can find many of my articles on Quora, Medium, LinkedIn, Twitter and my website Thought Elevation

I am inspired to provide this list because at the beginning of a spiritual journey it is easy to get distracted at the success of others. It is easy to be attracted to information that is so complex that you can get frustrated and feel as if you are not making progress.

I want to simply the beginning steps.

#1 Believe, anything one can do another can do

You must believe in yourself and your individual journey.

There are many popular people in the mindfulness, spiritual, conscious space and you can get caught in listening and drooling over where they currently are.

They had to start where they were…YOU HAVE TO START WHERE YOU ARE…Respect your own journey and respect yourself enough to stop comparing yourself with others.

In order to do this spend more time or equal time finding books or pdfs that address the beginning steps towards self advancement. Read The Art and Practice Of Getting Things Through Creative Visualization by Opheil

Read, instead of watching so many videos…silence the noise.

#2 Study the 7 Laws of Hermes (Universal Law)

When you study the 7 Laws of Hermes you unintentional but, by necessity are studying yourself. Revealing your flaws.

You cannot be a complete person until you understand all that is holding you back, which is why additionally I suggest finding yourself within Astrology, Numerology.

#3 Take a step back; recognize your progress

In the flow of daily life and in the rushed time you will set aside for quiet study, it will be hard to evaluate your progress. Others may notice your change but, you need to notice it.

#4 You become very peaceful

When you study and practice, it will become obvious to you that you do not care about the elements of the world that get others on social media so upset.

You will be too busy working on spiritual, personal, professional goals to care about the latest bullshit!
